Dr. Megan Hogue
Hogue-Pic-3Dr. Megan Hogue is currently a pediatrician at Collin County Pediatrics in Frisco and lives nearby with her husband and beautiful son, Henry. She was born and raised in Richardson, Texas and graduated from J.J. Pearce High School in 2001. She completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Hogue was the resident on call the night Micaela came into the intensive care unit and was first diagnosed with AML. She instantly fell in love with her and her wonderful family. She spent countless hours with her in the hospital, watching movies, reading magazines, painting nails, and talking about things that no 18 year old girl should have to. She inspired Dr. Hogue every single day to trust in the Lord and rely on His mercy. She considered her a sister and feels so blessed to have known her and now to pay tribute to such an amazing young woman through aiding Micaela’s Army Foundation. Dr. Meagan Hogue attended college at Emory University and Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
